... and I finally took the time to properly check the German translation for errors. I'll admit it was added in a hurry, so I missed a few things. All the typos should be fixed, and some word choices improved now.

Also, I updated some of the graphics. Amongst other small things, by popular demand, we now get a completely naked Heiko in one of the scenes. I was initially against this, but after some thought and discussion I found that it would not be insensitive to show him naked.
